Alva is a charming, rural, unincorporated area of Lee County, Florida. See vast citrus groves, horses and cows grazing in peaceful pastures, and grand old trees dripping with the spanish moss characteristic of this area of Florida. One of the first settlements in Southwest Florida, this riverside community is named after the flower that grows along its banks.
